ABOUT
LJRE was formed in 2019 by Lee Holland and Jonathan Davis. We have both worked ‘in-house’ for corporate organisations for at least 30 years in a wide range of industries.
We have spent the last 15 years working within the UK Parking Industry for a Global Operator and UK's largest private parking business as well as consultants within the industry.
We focus on developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients by understanding the issues facing property owners, operators and occupiers and delivering the highest level of service.
We act for property occupiers, specialist funds, landlords, investors, operators and developers, aiming to maximise opportunities through a proactive, knowledge-based approach.
We provide pragmatic commercial solutions in all sectors of the property market. In particular, we offer specialist knowledge within the parking and EV Charging sectors. We have a deep understanding of these markets, commercial models deployed, the major operators, including Local Authorities, the market dynamics and new entrants and trends.
LJRE are fully embedded in both the historic and current commercial trends in the market, including the shape and opportunities for the future market for existing operators, owners and new entrants.
Meet the Team
Partner and co-Founder
Lee Holland
Lee has been a Partner of LJRE Consultants Ltd, since co-Founding the business in December 2019.
Lee was previously employed at National Car Parks Limited, from May 2009, holding the title of Chief Commercial Officer. Previously, Lee held the position of Property Director.
Before this, Lee held the position of Head of Residential Sales, while working at E.ON UK plc. where he worked for 24 years.
Lee has listed the following key skills: Business Strategy, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Contract Negotiation and New Business Development.
Partner and co-Founder
Jonathan Davis
Jonathan has been a Partner of LJRE Consultants Ltd, since co-Founding the business in December 2019.
Jonathan was previously employed at National Car Parks Limited, from September 2007, holding the title of Head of Property and Development.
Before this, Jonathan was Head of Acquisitions at Luminar Leisure for 12 years. He was previously employed by Chesterton International, where he held a number of roles over a 10 year period, working within the Business Rates and Licensed Leisure & Hotel teams.
Jonathan has listed the following key skills: Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Expert Witness, Negotiations, Portfolio Management and Profit and Loss analysis.
